The Guests

The guest count… are you the couple that people question at your wedding how you know so many people or are you the couple who wants to have a small intimate gathering. Either option is great but it is a big question to sit down and answer in order to set the tone for your wedding. Although, the bigger topic I wanted to talk about was kids and pets. Kids bring the light to weddings and who else would we want to see walking down the isle throwing flowers and bringing in the rings, although I want to mention some options for if you decide to have kids invited to your wedding. If you have little ones that need to go to bed at certain times, try to find arrangements prior to the wedding to have the kids get home for bed or see if there is an option to have them brought back to your hotel room or maybe even a quiet venue space to sleep. Unfortunately, a lot of bridal parties, guests, and even the bride and groom have to cut the event short because they don’t have arrangements made for their little ones to get to sleep. If this is not an option maybe check to see if the kids can be brought later and if they are yours give them an extra nap time before the long night ahead. As for pets, arrangements for pickup is something to think about as well, especially if the reception venue does not allow them.
